House & Home needed to activate a Demo Sale across the country over one specific weekend. We helped map out 42 House and Home branches and thanks to our unique custom audiences, we created a compelling call to action to drive these audiences into stores in September 2023.
Attracting a large retail audience, aged 22 and over, or parents in suburban areas, we focused on shopping, décor home, and lifestyle interests. The targeting was specifically focused on area- marketing, where we also reached audiences who had visited the stores over the last 90 days.
Coordinated Out Of Home
Co-ordinating Out of Home is not an easy task, but thanks to the team’s dedication and our global partners at TapTap, we were able to leverage mobile display to engage users and drive footfall into the stores over the specific weekend. We were able to measure full attribution on all mobile impressions and report a distinct increase in footfall into their branches across the country.
The campaign automatically activated when the ideal audience was within a 3km radius during the weekend Demo Sale period. Finding the moment of truth when it was convenient for patrons to respond.
The Results
The House & Home branches welcomed 21,000 feet into their branches over the weekend, costing them only R3,75 per customer visitor in store. The campaign reached 571, 000 people over the weekend, increasing brand awareness to audiences near the branches and driving conversion.
